January 2 – Soup Sunday!

Please join us at 13:00 on Sunday 2 January for a hearty red lentil and vegetable soup. If your New Year’s Resolution is to eat better or get more exercise we can help with both: a pleasant walk around the allotment, followed by a hearty soup!

We’ve been given a LOT of potatoes, so if you’re looking to stock up on everybody’s favourite tuber, please bring an extra big bag on Thursday!

Our Winter Wassail had a gingerbread decorating station and some of the creations were stunning! Here’s the gallery ….

Our winter wassail was a huge success! We can’t be quite sure how many people came along, as some people had more than one cup of spiced apple juice and others re-used their original cup, but 85 cups were used! We had loads of visitors to our winter sale too … including inquisitive dogs.

Weald Winter Sale – 5 December

Our final craftsperson on 5 December, Alexandra, is bringing a fantastic array of fairies and other mythicals, largely created from recycled and up cycled materials. These are one of a kind creations and make stunning gifts!
